Meet us in Biddeford for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of 1 York Street, an adaptive reuse success story! On Wednesday, October 14, from 9am-10am, join Michael Barton of Reveler Development for a walkthrough of this historic landmark property before it opens to the public.
Originally built in 1910, 1 York St. once served as the nerve center for accounting operations at the Pepperell Mill, where workers convened to collect their wages. Reveler Development has executed a thoughtful and historically sensitive conversion, transforming the former office building into eleven meticulously designed residential units within the vibrant campus.
Attendees will have the opportunity to explore all three levels of the building and get a closer look at the unique details of each unit, including a built-in safe, ornate trim, coffered ceilings, and more.
