Ever wondered what it takes to save a historic place? Concerned about a historic building in your community but you don’t know where to start?

Join us for stories and strategies from representatives of three nonprofit organizations who were instrumental in saving buildings previously listed on our Most Endangered Historic Places List, including Old Surry Village School, Wood Island Saving Station, and Readfield Union Meeting House. We will also be launching the call for nominations for our 2022 Most Endangered Historic Places list.

The Most Endangered Historic Places List began in 1996 for the purpose of identifying and raising public awareness about threatened historic properties.
